Elizabeth Parker, Esq., Lead Consultant

Parker began as a prosecutor in the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office in 1998, where she quickly rose through the ranks and achieved the position of Chief Assistant State Attorney, in which she litigated high-profile cases. During time at the State Attorney’s Office Parker created the Trial Advocacy School for the training of new prosecutors. She created and supervised the Special Prosecutor Program for civil attorneys to receive courtroom training and experience in prosecuting misdemeanor cases. Parker trained hundreds of prosecutors in the State of Florida in the areas of Jury Selection, Opening Statement, Direct Examination, Cross-Examination, Admission of Evidence, Trial Objections and Closing Argument. She served on the Education Committee for the Florida Prosecuting Attorneys Association (FPAA). Parker has taught Law Enforcement in the areas of Investigation, Report Writing, Courtroom Testimony, Collection and Preservation of Evidence, Domestic Violence Investigations, DUI Investigations, and Traffic Homicide Investigations. She created a ride-a-long training program for the Florida Highway Patrol. She currently teaches law enforcement officers in the area of courtroom testimony.
Parker has appeared on Dateline, 20/20, American Greed, Snapped, Sins and Secrets, Nothing Personal, and In Session for her role as the lead prosecutor in the Dalia Dippolito case, which resulted in her 2014 book, “Poison Candy: The Murderous Madam.” Her experience in the courtroom as well as understanding how to navigate the media in high-profile cases, has proven invaluable for many clients who seek her consulting offerings.
In 2011, Parker went into private practice and has handled several high-profile civil and criminal cases. She has handled cases in Florida State and Federal Courts, Appellate Court, Probate Court, Family Court, Administrative Hearings at DOAH and Police Internal Affair Investigations.
Elizabeth has also appeared on Nancy Grace and Court TV as a legal analyst on high-profile cases such as Jerry Sandusky, George Zimmerman, John Goodman, Adam Kauffman, and Tammy Smith. She appears on Law and Crime as a crime victim’s advocate in high profile cases.
Parker’s strong litigation experience as both a plaintiff and defense attorney coupled with her background in psychology and studying how jurors are making decisions is proving to be a valuable resource to clients seeking assistance with Jury Research.
Chandler McCoy Gasser, Esq., Associate Jury Consultant

Chandler M. Gasser, Esq., grew up in the New Orleans area but has strong family ties to South Florida. She earned a bachelor’s in political science, with a minor in psychology, from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2016. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law in 2019.
As an attorney, Gasser’s primary area of practice was family law. She has also practiced law in the areas of personal injury, general civil litigation, corporate and business litigation, and defense of public entities/subdivisions. Gasser’s psychology and general litigation background, paired with her extensive experience litigating and negotiating resolutions of custody, support, and complex property partitions, have resulted in her obtaining dynamic expertise in both litigation and trial strategy.
Gasser is licensed to practice law in all Louisiana state and federal courts as well as the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Selected as a “Top Lawyer” in the Family Law category by New Orleans Magazine in 2025, Super Lawyers also named her a “Rising Star” in 2025, while The Best Lawyers in America recognized her for Family Law in 2025.
Rachel Brennan, Trial Support Strategist

Rachel Brennan serves as a trial support strategist, bringing an academic foundation in Criminology and a minor in Psychology to trial preparation and jury analysis. Her educational background provides her with a strong understanding of criminal behavior, decision-making, and group dynamics, all of which play a critical role in effective jury selection and trial strategy.
Rachel works closely with trial teams to assist with juror research, profiling, voir dire support, and trial preparation. Her work focuses on identifying juror attitudes, biases, and behavioral patterns that may impact case outcomes. Through careful analysis and strategic insight, she helps attorneys tailor messaging and presentation to better resonate with jurors.
With a research-driven and detail-oriented approach, Rachel supports the trial process by bridging legal strategy with behavioral science. She is committed to providing thoughtful, strategic support designed to strengthen trial preparation and enhance courtroom effectiveness.
